BLAST!!!!

Dear Homeschool Friends!

My family would like to invite Y-O-U to join us for BLAST!  What is BLAST?  It is an amazing, interactive family event held once a month at our church.  Our children LOVE it!!!!

Blast! —    A MONTHLY shared multi-media experience for the whole family that includes worship, humor, virtues, and lots of FUN!  The kids get a review of their Sunday School lessons, while the parents hear what their kids have learned and can reinforce those lessons at home.  Hope to see you there on the first Sunday of each month at 10:45AM or 12:15AM.  For families - kids & parents, Grades K-4.

Please visit online at http://www.cvconline.org

We travel 35 minutes every week to worship at CVC!!!  Here are some of the AMAZING pastors and staff!  Pastor Chad and Founding Pastor Rick are passionate about the Lord and are now working to spread THE Word to Muslim Indonesia.  Our Children's Ministry Director ROCKS and is the organizer of our awesome Sports Camp!!!  CVC has many plant churches, there is probably one near you?

Please let me know if you would like to join us and we can plan to meet at Cuyahoga Valley!

Please join us and see how your life can be NEW in Christ....

Home School Resource Center

The Akron Main Library has a Resources for Early Childhood Educators (RECE) Center.  It is a homeschooler's dream come true!  Thanks to a friend who shared it with me, I am now sharing with you :)  The Akron Library offers laminating machines, binding and more.

The cost for laminating, binding and copying is minimal.  For instance to have an 8 1/2" x11" sheet laminated is only 40 cents!  The library has die cut machines with hundreds of shapes, letters, game forms and more.

This is a great resource to make teaching fun for the kids at minimal cost!
