Commit to Get Fit!

Dear Friends!

Image result for exercise free imagesAre you interested in getting fit?  Would you like your children to have a P.E. class?  I am offering the opportunity to do just that :) 

1.  Exercise controls weight
2.  Combats health conditions
3.  Improves our mood (endorphins make us happy!)
4.  Helps boost energy
5.  Better sleep
6.  Build friendships and bonds

So are you ready to rumble?  Then, please join us for calisthenics focusing on our core, legs and arms.  We will use up tempo Christian music and scripture verses.  Enjoy relaxation and prayer at the end of our workout :)

Physical Fitness Clip ArtWHEN:  Tuesday mornings (twice a week to begin)

TIME:  8:45AM - 9:45AM

WHERE:  Our home, outdoors

WHAT to BRING:  Exercise mat and weights optional.

WHO:  Moms and children ages 6 and up
